About Me
I didn't start in product. I started with pixels.
My career began as a UI/UX designer — sketching wireframes, running usability tests, and obsessing over how people interact with interfaces. That foundation shaped everything. When I moved into product management, I brought something most PMs don't have: I could sit with an engineer and talk architecture, then turn around and critique a design in the same breath. Meetings got shorter. Handoffs got cleaner.
Thirteen years later, I've shipped products used by hundreds of enterprise clients, built the AI features that became platform bestsellers, and led the PM teams that sustained that momentum without needing me in every room. My sweet spot is the 0→1 problem — the one where the brief is vague, the constraints are real, and the only way through is structured thinking, sharp prioritisation, and the ability to get five different stakeholders pointing in the same direction.
HR Tech chose me as much as I chose it. There's a particular satisfaction in making the hiring process less broken — for recruiters burning out on context-switching, for candidates who deserve a better experience, and for the companies that need the right people to grow.
